Shipping & Returns
Shipping rates are calculated during Shopify checkout. All sales are final, with the only exception being an item that arrives damaged in shipping.
Shipping
US orders use standard shipping. Standard shipping is 7-14 business days. Final rates are calculated during Shopify checkout.
Returns
Due to the custom-manufactured nature of our products, each item is made to order specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or any other reason. The only eligible returns are for items that arrive damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives with shipping damage, please notify us at info@beecheever.com within 5 days of delivery. Send clear photos showing the damage along with your order number, and we will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, with tags attached when possible).
- We reserve the right to deny a return if damage appears to have been caused after delivery or by improper handling.
- Personalized or custom embroidery cannot be refunded or replaced if the customization itself is correct.
