Warranty
We want every piece to arrive in good shape. Contact us with order details and photos if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Returns & exchanges
Due to the custom-manufactured nature of our products, all items are made to order specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or any other reason. The only eligible returns are for items that arrive damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives with shipping damage, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Send clear photos showing the damage and your order number, and we will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, with tags attached when possible).
- We reserve the right to deny a return if damage appears to have been caused after delivery or by improper handling.
- Personalized or custom embroidery cannot be refunded or replaced if the customization itself is correct.
Quality issues
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@beecheever.com with the order details and photos so the team can review it.
Normal wear
Normal wear, laundering issues, and damage from misuse are not covered by warranty. Follow the care guide to help each piece last.
